We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant experienced in litigator support to work in our Vancouver office, located in beautiful Yaletown. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the legal assistant team and provide support to our legal professionals to ensure the seamless operation of the Firm.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant encompasses 3 core responsibilities, along with other functions as may be required to ensure that key performance indicators for the business are achieved:
You’ll be responsible for the organizing and handling of marketing materials and customer interactions, including social, events and database marketing, so that the elements necessary to complete and execute campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Your drive to be in the thick of things and get stuff done will ensure success in this role.

We are currently seeking a hardworking and energetic associate specializing in litigation to work in either our Vancouver or Victoria office. This role will assist the firm’s Principals, as well as other senior associates and senior counsel, to represent our First Nations clients in litigation and regulatory matters, and performing day-to-day file management. It is expected that this position will focus on litigation related to Aboriginal law, including Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, consultation and accommodation and issues related to reserve lands and band administration.
