  • How leadership play a key role towards building and maintaining strong company culture;
  • Five support processes towards culture creation;
  • What constitutes psychological safety and what happens when workplaces are psychologically unsafe;
  • Steps towards creating a psychologically safe work environment

Program Delivery & Assessment Methods:

Pivot HR Services instructors continuously assess participants comprehension and ability to apply learning concepts through a combination of facilitation, interactive discussion, group work, case studies, and relevant real-world examples. Pre & Post learning self-evaluations are delivered to provide participants with a measure of their knowledge and skills gained from training. Following training, participants are encouraged to connect with instructors via phone and e-mail should they need assistance and have questions to follow.
