Overview:

Pivot HR Service’s Workplace Investigations Training provides managers, HR professionals and others in an organization that conduct investigations with the practical skills and knowledge to conduct a fair, thorough, and effective workplace investigation with confidence. Participants will collaborate on case scenarios designed to highlight strategies that can be used to deal with issues, which may arise during the investigation process.

Program Delivery & Assessment Methods:

Pivot HR Services instructors continuously assess participants comprehension and ability to apply learning concepts through a combination of facilitation, interactive discussion, group work, case studies, and relevant real-world examples. Pre & Post learning self-evaluations are delivered to provide participants with a measure of their knowledge and skills gained from training. Following training, participants are encouraged to connect with instructors via phone and e-mail should they need assistance and have questions to follow.
